TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICAL SERVICES announced today that it has joined the Samsung BCS dealer network as its newest dealer member. The agreement will offer Calgary's small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) flexible business telephony solutions that place enterprise-level functionality affordably in the hands of SMBs.
The initiative will combine the Samsung OFFICEServ 7000 Series of telephony systems with Tel Tech Services complete range of services to offer area SMBs a winning combination of technology and service. Services will include design assistance, configuration and installation, on-site moves, additions/changes, and annual support agreements. The Samsung OFFICEServ 7000 Series provides an affordable converged communications platform that combines data and voice connectivity for digital, analog, and IP phone sets.
