Getting the Most from Your Communication System

Tel Tech Services installs solutions designed specifically around your needs and agreed project scope. We utilize a structured project time line, prepared before contract acceptance. Our trained customer service representatives, trainers, and project coordinators work to design a customized implementation schedule with you.

How it works.

Front End Package. The FEP tells you who we are, why we’re in business, and what we do for you.

We meet with you. We look for two things during this meeting, how we can help your business be more profitable, and how we can give you a competitive advantage. We discuss the improvements you would like to make to your business. We take this away and develop a summary outlining the things we believe you said you wish to accomplish. We summarize this in a “project overview” and ask for your agreement that it represents your goals for the project.

We take a global approach to your overall telecom spend. We analyze your local lines, your long distance bills, your data bill and your cellular bill, to make sure you are spending the correct amount for your network services.

We meet with you again. With agreement on the project overview we prepare the proposal and schedule a meeting with you to present our solutions, including any network savings we find.

Upon approval of the project:

  • We submit the changes required to your Telephone line provider of your choice. This typically is the longest part of the cycle.
  • The project manager develops your project time line and application solution into a detailed implementation schedule. The team assigned to your project uses structured pre-planning strategies to minimize confusion throughout the project. Your participation and involvement is required to ensure the solution is custom-fit to your needs.
  • The scope of training needs, curriculum, and employee availability are defined, with particular attention paid to mission-critical groups or answer positions. The system administrator is selected. Pre/post-cut training is then scheduled.
  • A pre-survey is executed to determine where the system will physically be located, what phone numbers are present at the site, who gets what extension number, how your voicemail will be set up, etc. This provides the installation technician with a blue print to work from on install day.
  • Systems are then set up on our test bench and pre-programmed. This is based on the pre-survey worksheet and our own technical specifications. Technicians use a programming checklist to ensure consistent and complete adherence to our technical standards. The system is then allowed to run in our test environment to be “burned in” prior to installation.
  • On installation day. The installation date sees assistance from project management, training, and sales personnel on site.
  • During training, each employee will receive a Tel Tech Services designed “cheat sheet.” System administrators will be provided with more extensive support documents as well as a customer login id/password which they can use to manage the day to day changes to your system that come up. We also provide access to a series of training videos you can use to brush up on how to use features. Participants in the Partner Program have access to additional training any time they need it should you hire new employees or just forget how to do something.
  • A pre/post installation analysis is conducted by the team to evaluate project success and customer satisfaction, in some cases you will be asked to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey to help ensure we are meeting customer satisfaction targets
  • A Post Install Checklist is executed about a week after installation has been completed. The checklist ensures Tel Tech standards have been adhered to. A site specific password is also entered at this time to maximize the security of your system against unauthorized access.
  • All systems are configured for remote access so we can quickly access your system to make any desired changes or determine the status should you find something not working properly.

In using these structured techniques, Tel Tech Services have the ability to execute a quick and seamless install that ensures customer satisfaction.
