A one year parts and labor warranty is standard, but Tel Tech Services provides a FIVE YEAR PARTS AND HARDWARE LABOUR WARRANTY on all new Samsung voice-related products.
- All major Samsung voice-related components, including cabinets, power supplies, circuit cards, telephones and voice mail systems carry a full FIVE YEAR PARTS AND HARDWARE LABOR WARRANTY from the date of installation. If a part is replaced there is no service call charge, labor charge or part charge.
- Customers are billed only a nominal $125 deductible charge per service occurrence.
- For the first 30 days, all programming changes are non conditional and are made at no cost.
